Guided Implementation Guarantee Terms

Plain terms, so you know exactly what you are buying before you pay. Version 2026-07-31.

1. What the Guarantee Is

Guided Implementation is a guided delivery engagement that takes your organisation from its current state to audit readiness for the framework named in your order. The guarantee is our commitment that, if you complete the programme as set out below and your certification body finds that you are not ready for a Stage 1 audit, we will continue working with you at no further cost until you are, or refund what you paid.

2. What Auditara Commits To

A structured delivery plan covering every phase of the methodology for your framework.

A completed gap assessment against the full control set, with a prioritised remediation plan.

The mandatory document set drafted with you and held in your document register.

A readiness review before you book your Stage 1 audit.

3. What You Commit To

Naming a single accountable owner inside your organisation for the duration of the programme.

Attending the scheduled sessions, or rescheduling them within the same month.

Completing remediation tasks assigned to your team by their agreed dates.

Providing the evidence requested during the programme, in the workspace, before the readiness review.

4. How a Claim Is Assessed

A claim is made in writing within 30 days of a certification body telling you that you are not ready to proceed to Stage 1. We review the workspace record: the gap assessment, the remediation plan, the document register and the evidence trail. Where the shortfall relates to work inside our scope, the guarantee applies. Where it relates to commitments in section 3 that were not met, it does not.

5. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Certification body fees. These are charged separately by the accredited certification body and are never included in an Auditara plan.

Findings that arise from changes you make to scope, systems or suppliers after the readiness review.

Any outcome of the audit itself. Auditara is not a certification body and does not issue certificates.

6. Instalments

Where the engagement agreed on your call is paid in instalments, the schedule is fixed at the outset and ends automatically. There is no rolling renewal. If a payment fails we will contact you and the engagement is paused until it is settled. A claim under this guarantee requires the instalment plan to be paid up to date.

7. Version

These terms are version 2026-07-31. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded against your engagement and is the version that applies to you.

Guided Implementation was previously named Fast Track. The terms are unchanged.
